TPE have the capacity to perform significant infrastructure projects. TPE has completed numerous projects of various sizes within the North West NSW region over the last 18 years. A few local projects that that we have completed are:

Tamworth Regional Livestock Exchange (TRLX)

Contract Value: $5.0 Million

Earthworks and civil works for new Tamworth Sale yards

Works included bulk earthworks (75,000 cu.m of bulk earthworks), stormwater drainage and dam construction, rigid and flexible pavement construction (45,000 sq.m of pavement), supply and installation of electrical/communications/gas infrastructure, revegetation works and the upgrade of two external intersections to RMS specifications.

Costa Berrys Corindi Beach Dam Enlargement

Contract Value: $2.4 Million

Construction of 900ML water storage in operating berry farm

Works included general bulk earthworks (100,000 cu.m of bulk earthworks), de-watering and construction of extensive cut off trenches below existing water table, stormwater drainage, pavement works, scour protection works.

Tamworth Jockey Club Upgrade Works

Contact Value: $2.4 Million

Reconstruction of sand track and sections of the course proper

Bulk earthworks works included construction of a new water storage and construction of a new section of the Taminda Levee, critical to the flood protection of the city of Tamworth. Works were coordinated around horse training times and the general operations of a major provincial jockey club. Works also included irrigation works, stormwater drainage works, barrier rail installation, the production of a Racing NSW compliant grass growing medium and the placement of over 40,000sq.m of new turf. 

Bunnings Warehouse, Tamworth

Contract Value: $2.4 Million

Earthworks and civil works for new Tamworth Bunnings Warehouse

Works included the import of over 100,000 tonne of general fill, the construction of over 15,000 sq.m of new asphalt pavement, stormwater drainage and landscaping works. 

Windmill Downs Estate Stages 1 - 4

Contract Value: $10.0 Million

Earthworks and civil works for rural residential subdivision (stages 1 – 4 = 141 lots)

General rural residential subdivision works including bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage, sewermain, watermain, electrical/Telstra/gas infrastructure, kerb and gutter, pavement construction, footpath construction, retaining walls and landscaping works. 

Windmill Hills Estate Stages 1 - 11

Contract Value: $12.0 Million

Earthworks and civil works for residential subdivision (stages 1 – 11 = 234 lots)

General residential subdivision works including bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage, sewermain, watermain, electrical/Telstra/gas infrastructure, kerb & gutter, pavement construction, footpath construction, retaining walls and landscaping works. 

Bellefields Estate Stages 1 – 5

Contract Value: $5.4 million

Earthworks and civil works for residential subdivision (stages 1 – 5 = 124 lots)

General residential subdivision works including bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage, detention basin construction, sewermain, watermain, electrical/Telstra/gas infrastructure, kerb & gutter, pavement construction, footpath construction, retaining walls and landscaping works. 

Tamworth Hospital Upgrade

Contract Value: $4.0 Million

Earthworks and civil works

TPE constructed various works packages during the build of the Tamworth Hospital including new ring road extension, detailed excavation to Acute Services Building, new helipad and access road, central public carpark upgrade, new north east staff carpark, new south east temporary carpark, new Patients & Carers Building civil works.
